Case studies

The following describes in outline a range of case studies that cover most of the services offered. Often the client used more of the services. Here we have described the components individually.

We are sometimes asked by clients to interview potential hires in the transformation/ change journey as clients often have limited  experience of this, hence they are recruiting.

Often interviewees describe case studies, in the same way we have, as what we did and the impact it had. A supplementary question that differentiates real expertise and experience is “how did you know what to do?”. Often people have implemented effective components of a transformation through being guided by an architect who works out what they need to do. We would consider ourselves to be architects and would be delighted to discuss with you “how we know what to do”.
