We are highly experienced in designing and delivering specific interventions in a wide range of international cultures and industries. The Method represents the “norm” of what typically will help your endeavour. We recognise that when it comes to implementing organisational improvement applying the whole of The Method to an initiative is way too much and yet it is also incomplete. That is to say each organisational context, the people involved and the nature of the improvement result in a need for strategies, tactics and specifically designed interventions, some of which lie beyond The Method.

Often an engagement would begin with a diagnosis which helps the client assess what to improve and how. Diagnosis can sometimes stop leaders in their tracks and make them re-consider or even terminate their original improvement idea before substantial resources are invested. (We consider this as being of huge value to an organisation.) If the improvement concept continues it would be typical to proceed through education and training, implementation planning support, followed by periodic input to maintain energy and address problems. These typical services are described individually below.

EZOZ Behavioural Programmes

EZOZ provide behavioural change interventions that are practical and focus on behaviour (outside-in) rather than being personality and thinking based (inside-out). We now lead with this as an intervention (rather than Method training) to ensure the key sponsors and change agents involved in an initiative build trust and behave at their best, ensuring their impact matches their intention.

Licensing

We offer direct licensing of The Method and its artefacts or creation of an organisation’s bespoke approach (informed by The Method) to implementation.

Change Management

Change Management know how is a key success factor in any improvement effort. We are experts at designing and delivering change management education and training.

Diagnosis

Poor or limited understanding of the real issues inhibiting performance is surprisingly common. We have developed a qualitative and quantitative diagnosis process that is fast, inclusive and of high value.

Implementation Planning

We work directly with leaders and change agents in “architecting” their improvement initiatives. Ensuring they access a wealth of wide implementation experience that, as line managers, they are unlikely to have.

Organisation Design

Organisation Design is often done poorly and in secret by just a few people, due to its sensitivity. We have developed a high engagement process for OD that improves quality, speed to completion and benefit realisation.

Implementation Recovery and Re-energise

We are specialists at recovering and reenergising improvement efforts that can work but have underestimated the effort or simply ran out of gas.

OrgZoo

OrgZoo is an education, method and consulting support service for large organisations who must implement improvements. We focus primarily on defining, designing and delivering the behavioural modifications required from people to realise benefit from the improvement effort. Then we provide the practical tools to help leaders navigate the improvement journey.
